I talked to my mom about having dad drive out with us and fly him back, but I'm guessing he doesn't want to, because later in an email she suggested we get a "Pod." I had to work New Years Eve, and D had a cold anyway, so we didn't go out or celebrate, and it was basically another day. We made it up to the King Tut exhibit on Saturday, and I really enjoyed it.
