Yes! It's very legible. And the graphical treatment hints strongly enough at the word that I think most people should get it. Most importantly, you show enough of each letter to make it very clear what that letter is. There is no chance that one of those letters could be something else.

Took me a sec to work out that it was Hidden, but yes, legible.
