I would think one could get a mid-brand dreadnought for $100. I bet this person would entertain $75, which would be close to a good price. IMHO.

I need to start trolling Craigslist again, because i seriously need a beater for Balmer. I can't bring myself to risk keeping any of the axes i care about out here, but i'm going out of my mind not being able to practice and write.

If you ever find anything decent for $100 or less out there, please let me know. It's becoming a priority.

That probably means he sold it. Either that or he realized how awesome the guitar really is and decided to keep it.

I like small bodied acoustic guitars (concert or auditorium style) for practicing without bothering the neighbors.

That was my justification (though not my reason) for giving you the Hokada. I know the Epi does this job nicely, but the nylon is perfect for a corner of the bedroom in reach of the bed for those occasional sleepless moments. It did that job for me for awhile.
