Schedules and such made it so the only time we had for KO events at the annual D.C. 4th of July Regional (held in Reston, VA this year) was Thursday-Friday. A birthday party in Herndon on Tuesday, no new KO on Wednesday, a wedding reception/gaming fest in Woodbridge on Saturday, and a hiking/swimming/shit-shooting adventure in Lexington on Sunday ( Read more... )

How were Doug and Toast in your non-KO? Toast said he played terribly but liked you guys a lot and had fun.

They were great. We all could've been better that day, and didn't leave with anything to show for it, but they were nice guys and we were happy to play with them. And I think most of the disappointments came from our end of the team; he's just being modest.

The two actions that would have been different had I held your cards are I would have passed 1N on (C) and I'd have opened (G)
