Halloween
I was in DC for the last week for work, but really didn't want to stay for the rally even though a lot of people seemed to be flying in for it and it would've been nice to see people. World Mixed Pairs
As expected, csg87 and I did not qualify for the finals of the World Mixed Pairs, but it was a positive experience and might help convince Charlie to play more often so we can be a real partnership by the time we play the National Mixed Pairs in 2020 as we promised each other years ago ( Read more... ) -
Bowling with work
I have a habit of posting bowling scores, but looks like I missed the last time! Went with work again. This time we had pre-assigned teams mixing the groups. My team won every time. The last time we might not have won out of all the teams but we won our head-to-head. The first two we beat everyone. I bowled 64, 128, and 95. The 128 time was ( Read more... ) -
Carnival
About to go to sleep at csg87's apt at this location for the last time ever. It's been so many years. So many reasons I came up too, some Charlie's fault as well though most of the time it wasn't and he still put me up even if I wouldn't really see him much.

Puppy
John says I got the puppy to have it control my life. I keep claiming I'll lay down the law and discipline him and stuff, but he's too young to be trained yet and plus he's too cute. He's 12 weeks old today, so I have been letting him run my life now for the past 3 weeks and all my home time is dedicated to him and I don't even have time to hop ( Read more... ) -

Hiking in the Shenandoah

NaNoWriMo 2008 - Starting take 3
Three years I've signed up. The other two I didn't really have good sessions of writing past the first day. Yeah, I'm not very good. But November is honestly a terrible month to have it, with Thanksgiving, bridge nationals, and big work deadlines the past two years ( Read more... )
