We finally won a knockout match! Yay. In the evening session, partner took a 17-imp shit on the first board, and I decided to take over. I bid two ridiculous 3NTs, win 10 and win 10. So Vegas is sucking about as much as I expected. I'm rooming with Greggles, which is usually fun, but it seems a bit less so this time. I'm enjoying my partner, but he's very hard to play with. I've seen some pretty awful things so far. No terribly interesting story hands yet. I'm sure they'll come.

So last night I played in a club game for the first time in a long, long while. It was a hell of a lot of fun. I knew none of my opponents, and they didn't know me. That was kind of nice.
