The rain had stopped some time over night and the road was almost dry as we hit the start line, and as soon as the gun shot, it sprinkled. It sprinkled for the entire 26.2 miles. I picked up my mail tonight after work to find two envelops from the ETS testing center. I was a little concerned that one of them might be a registration form to try again ... until I opened the test results. Today was Caribou's celebration of the summer solstice. Every Caribou gave away free Northern Light coolers from 2-3pm. So, I picked up my brother at 2:20, and we hit four Caribous to receive our free coolers. I gave my last one to Michael, because 3 was enough for me. Next week I'm taking a vacation to Yellowstone National Park with Dixie, Ben, and Tara. Us girls are driving over to pick up Ben in Wyoming on Tuesday, then heading off into the wilderness Wednesday for several days of sightseeing and adventure. I'm excited to be in nature again. St. Peter's in Richfield: Interviewed with a priest, nun, and the business administrator. I believe I made a joke about a "penguin convention" at my mom's funeral (all the priests and nuns), and I'm not sure if that was appropriate or not. They laughed it off.
