We're grilling steak tips tonight with garlic fries and roasted asparagus. Not too exciting. The previous nights this week we had chicken enchiladas w/ spanish rice and shrimp scampi over pasta - yum!

I need to find that weeknight meals thread, too.

After you have all those other cookouts, maybe you will welcome the change of just burgers by Monday?

Kathy, you are cracking me up with the website link. Thanks for the info about your community - I can't wait to check it out. Good tip about the fancy spreads. You are invited over whenever you want! Let me know if you ever come to the DC/Bmore area and we can hang out.

That is so funny about the corn - I was going back and forth about that with Todd (aka King of all "you are cooking too much food" party poopers). You have tipped me over the edge with your vote - corn is on the menu and Todd can deal.

Yum, peaches on the grill sounds fabulous. I am going to put those down for our Saturday night dinner. Thanks!
