Day 20

It's day 20 of my 90 day workout, and I'm pretty happy with it. I am noticing myself getting stronger, but I'm not seeing much size. I'm going to have to increase my weights (blech) so that I can only do 8-10 reps. Hopefully that will help. I also rode my bike again today, so I may skip Kenpo, which is only cardio. dooood, i'll ride bikes with you! It's a lot safer in packs and not as boring, should i call when i get back in town?

You should get one of those big fat springy seats like my dad has for his bike. Comfy. And squeaky.
