It's day 20 of my 90 day workout, and I'm pretty happy with it. I am noticing myself getting stronger, but I'm not seeing much size. I'm going to have to increase my weights (blech) so that I can only do 8-10 reps. Hopefully that will help. I also rode my bike again today, so I may skip Kenpo, which is only cardio.
