So I've been walking a lot lately, mostly for exercise. But also because gas is outrageous. And I've been going with Jeremy, my neighbor who lives downstairs. We went Friday and did 3.4 miles, Sunday was 5.35 and today we walked from our house to Jantzen Beach and back, over the I-5/Columbia River bridge, for a total of 7.1 miles. Read more... )

And I must say, as much pain as I've gone thru in the last two months, I am happy with where I am. I believe in fate and things happen for a reason. And this is giving me solace.
