Last weekend the holiday season began. On Saturday Chris' aunt took the whole family out to see the play "White Christmas". It was pretty good. The music was a bit repetitive, and the story was quite poor, but the sets and costumes were very beautiful, and I enjoyed the dancing.

I saw the latest Harry Potter movie this weekend. It was what I expected. I'm really looking forward now to the last book. The movie reminded me of how unfinished the last two stories have been. The long weekend started Friday evening. We went to Niagara Falls in the evening. We walked around, visiting both casino's and fun street, before finding a good spot to view the fireworks. For the past two days I volunteered for the Seminar in CS for Young Women. I helped out with the digital hardware lab. They had breadboards to setup circuits to help them learn about binary, logic gates and etc. It was funny to remember all that stuff again from way back in second year.
