For those of you who don't know, it's Thanksgiving here in The Great White North. And because the majority of folks we *do* for are over 80 ... seriously! ... we have it on Saturday (so it doesn't interfere with Sunday church). So I'm in the kitchen today cookin' up turkey dinnah (pronounced in your BEST Lunenburg County accent please). Because

No snow. Thank goodness. SO not ready for that yet. A bit chilly overnight (3C) but sunny today. :)

FYI, Thunder Bay IS the great white north. South Nova Scotia, not so much!

It was pretty good. I left the turkey almost too late so it was moist and not over done this year.
