i woke up seemingly unusually skinny today, went around and showed my family.that's good, they said. took a green tea supplement and ate a pb&j sandwich with glass of milk. good for me, i told myself. i didnt really wanna eat, thinking i'd gain my hideous stomach back, but my stomach rumbled and refused.
