What really annoyed/amused me was the fact that I had multiple calls TO MY HOTEL ROOM a month ago during my 4 day stay. It was the type of hotel switchboard that you had to dial an extension, not a direct line (though I know some hotels have a quiet direct line too, dunno if this one did, it had thousands of rooms, so less likely).
I'm glad they're taking action, because god knows I've heard enough about this, but - and I'm almost scared to put this in print - I have not gotten a single one of these calls. I get junk mail about my "warranty expiring" all the damn time, but not phone calls.
