I've been struggling with my pregnancy the past 14 weeks of no entries. While I still have kept up with everyone else I just felt like bitching about my inability to cope with such a natural thing (this dang pregnancy) was quite depressing

Interesting that he (boss) put this in writing. Discrimination of this type is illegal. Get a copy of that e-mail and put in a safe place for later. You might need it.

Oh, I've saved it. My report is going to the HR dept because my boss never showed up to work while I was there.

So I'll be filing with the internal HR dept and also going to the EEOC.
