I was at the bar last night. It was a normal night, until this one guy came in with his wife and sat behind me. This guy just started cussing out Americans in Japanese. He must've noticed me. I went to see a friend's play last night. It was in Japanese of course. Just when I thought I was starting to get the plot something would happen and I wouldn't know what's going on. Ah, I wish I could understand Japanese. Oh well.

I got in! Well someone 'confirmed' that I have been offered a place. So now I just need to wait for the paperwork to arrive in the mail or whatever. So hopefully it'll all be good.

I have to leave Japan next month! This sucks because I love it here. My current Working Holiday Visa will expire at the end of July. I cannot got a sponsered Working Visa because I do not have a University Degree. So, I will go back to Australia and get one! If I get into University, that is. I don't see why I cannot get in. Just finished watching the machinist. How weird.

I just came back from G3. I must say it was great. It was at the Tokyo International Forum in Ginza/Yurakucho. There were lots of westerners everywhere in that place, I was kind of suprised. When I went through the ticket 'gate' they checked for cameras. I was hoping beforehand that I'd be able to take mine in. That totally shattered all my hopes ( Read more... )

Now in japan it is GOLDEN WEEK. Which means that a lot of people have this time off. I do not. Golden Week is about 10 days. There are four public holidays, so most companies just give their workers the whole time off. A lot of them go travelling, so if you've noticed a lot more japanese around, then that's why. Achey! I just got back from snowboarding all day, for the first time. Great fun. I highly recommend it to everyone. Just don't go too fast and not stop properly and go superman style for about 10 meters and land straight on your chest. You WILL feel it. Also ( Read more... )
