House update

The inspection went, we delivered list of things we wanted fixed to the seller and they agreed to do all but one of them.

We're happy.

We're happy and we're going to have a house.

M says we can get a dog.

We're getting you with the house already, but I'm talking about a canine dog, not Dog. Both wonderful!

"Exciting" is about the best term I can think of for this amount of emotional yo-yo-ing. It's thrilling and really wonderful and really scary.

I'm pretty amped all of the time right now, which isn't the best thing, but all in all, I think it is going to be really lovely. With moments of complete aggravation.

That and the rent for a three bedroom apartment on the bus line is higher than the mortgage + taxes for a four bedroom house on the T.
