The inspection went, we delivered list of things we wanted fixed to the seller and they agreed to do all but one of them.

We're happy.

We're happy and we're going to have a house.

M says we can get a dog.

I really like the practice of gratitude. Whenever I have focused on being grateful in my life, I have found that I am surrounded by rewarding experiences.
