Well, here goes the universe enabling me further. BigAmericanCar has now been fully replaced by BritishSpyCar. Its got loads of buttons that i have no idea what they do. The wife thinks its completely absurd for me to have it. Granted the upkeep will cost more than the meager amount i payed for it, and its got a few funny kinks, but then so do i. ( Read more... )

"Is it One of the Fiercer Animals?" he said, looking the other way.
Pooh nodded.
"It's a Jagular," he said.
"What do Jagulars do?" asked Piglet, hoping that they wouldn't.
"They hide in the branches of trees, and drop on you as you go underneath," said Pooh. "Christopher Robin told me."
"Perhaps we better hadn't go underneath, Pooh. In case he dropped and hurt himself."
"They don't hurt themselves," said Pooh. "They're such very good droppers."
Piglet still felt that to be underneath a Very Good Dropper would be a Mistake, and he was just going to hurry back for something which he had forgotten when the Jagular called out to them.
"Help! Help!" it called.
"That's what Jagulars always do," said Pooh, much interested. "They call 'Help! Help!' and then when you look up, they drop on you."

I didn't know that i wanted one. I bought it off a minister trying to assuage his guilty conscience for succumbing to the trappings and temptations of the world, all for a low low price. Score! I'm happy about the transaction.

Any time you've got giving in to Ol' Nick pricking the seller's conscience, it's a buyer's market!

(I wonder if Ol' Nick would help me close on a house...)

Possibly, depending on the exact phrasing of the request. That's the trickiest part. I'm waiting on the same thing, and wondering if i need to be a bit more specific.

you'll be fabulous in it! but now you have to start wearing suits all the time. maybe even tuxedos. if you had gotten a ferrari, you could've just gone with hawaiian shirts (or white linen - there's some give here) and shorts...it's a good thing you got it for cheap with all those wardrobe expenses piling up!

I know! I totally need to revamp my wardrobe for this! I may need to learn new tie knots also.
Also, there's a standing order that any backseat riders must wear miniskirts. Them's the rules baby, printed clearly in the owner's manual.

Nahman, your whims love you! In fact, you'll come home from work today, and your whims will meet you at the door waiting with open arms and big sloppy kisses and a tasty adult beverage. Entertained whims are good like that. Enjoy the good life!

Brushwood was fantastic as always but it helps to have built one's OWN saucer, as I did. I Am my own Pleasure Saucer & I just let a few select folks ride, one of whom is at X-Day every year. He lives in NY so I never get to see him. I think I exhausted him poor lucky fellow. (Um, I hope I did that 'strike' thing right.) Anyway, a grand time was had by Doc Frop, myself & he....cannot speak much for others. :D Discovered 'Bonobos Convergence' this year, a trio out of Atlanta that are AMAZING! Tired but happy--->me.
