If every single lecture by an Anesthesiologist manages to put you to sleep does that mean he's just really good at what he does?

My first week of third year ended last Friday and I have to say- I think I absolutely hated Radiology. Time moved really fast. The past 5 weeks have been absolutely insane. One of the things I like about medical school is that because you're always studying for the next exam each phase tends to go by pretty quickly. I'm studying heart disorders in the library right now. It's a total trip to be back in here. Yet I don't recognize anyone at all :(. Oh well, back to the books.

Today I watched one of my classmates receive an ultrasound of his heart. I studied the heart in physiology at Chico State. In that same class I looked at the heart of a pig and the heart of a cow.
