I really should post on here a bit more often what with everything that's going on although several hours later than Israel does, Hamas stops firing rockets. I really hate my job at times I had one customer keep coming back asking annoying questions despite having told him the answer in the previous conversation. It doesn't help my colleague is off sick so I'm talking to myself more and after talking to a customer about clearing cookies I now want cookies so I may make some when I get home. -

Hanging up on people
Great after a nice(ish) shift I now have some guy calling in and swearing a lot I gave him one warning the first time and he kept swearing so I hung up. He calls back swearing again I say quite pleasantly goodbye and hang up on him. $times so far and counting. Best thing I cant get into trouble for it either. Oh god it's dull
This is my first Sunday morning shift since they blocked all the good sites such as streaming movies and facebook it's been so goddamn boring by myself.
