Oh boy, you're nearing the end of LIAB 2, how long until LIAB 3? I hope I don't go through withdrawals. :)
Seriously though, great chapters. I can't wait for the next one.

My muse is wrestling with two options for the next piece -- but I think the winner's going to be a look at the events at the end of the first arc from Miranda's point of view, so I can practice getting into her head. Then it'll be back to Adventures at Andy Camp, told more episodically. I'm hoping to have something ready in early summer. Thanks for the encouragement.

There's a lot not to like about Trevor and his spawn. I'm trying now to decide just how much . By early summer I should have figured it out. Thanks for the continuing interest and commentary.

At least she kinda knows, would have loved Andy to lift her shirt as well cause arm scratches are nothing compared to a potentially eviscerating stomach wound.

That's the exciting thing about fiction. It can go in so many different directions. It would be a very different story -- possibly a better one -- if on the day of the "lockout" Andy had responded to Miranda's phone call with a "come down here and see what those demon spawn did to me!" Move from there into hurt/comfort? Or a very volatile argument that ends with Andy being evicted? Or a Miranda breakdown? Or ... aliens attack and force everyone to wear ... jeggings? LOL. Thanks for being concerned about Andy's well-being. I'll make sure she finds her way to a happy ending (sans scars or further injuries), though there may be a few bumps yet (and adventures) on the way to happily ever after.

it's good that miranda knows a little about what happened. I also see some interesting chemistry between andy and miranda in this installment. too bad horse turd had to arrive and ruin the moment. why is miranda wasting her time with him when he is clearly more interested in being seen with her than in spending time with her? as intuitive as miranda is, she's got to be aware that he's using her. is she tolerating him for the twins' sake? she thinks they need another father figure?

Ah yes, Miranda and Horse Turd ... who's using who, I wonder? (Really, I *do* -- I haven't figured that out yet .) And yes, Miranda knows a little something ... but suspects more. And *I* suspect that she's going to be fairly strict about that one-strike rule. Or try to be. Thanks for the feedback.

Thank you! You are wonderful. I am so glad that they were able to have this talk. Poor Mindy just may not realize what she has done. Is this the end for her Father latching on to Miranda and her fame? I sure hope so.
Oh my, the touch. I could feel the tension from Andy. Now you tell us you are almost at the end of LIAB 2 and we will have to wait. What will we do. All I can hope for is your Muse is swift and you have LIAB 3 ready in no time. I really liked this update Thank You again.

Squee! One can never hear too often that one is wonderful. And yes, the touch. Mmmm. Having Miranda soothe ointment on your owies ... and not so much in a maternal way. A little something for Andy (and possibly Miranda?) to tuck away and pull out from time to time to consider the import of.

The next LIAB is likely to LIAB 1.2 -- i.e., Miranda's side of meeting Andy, because I don't know about the rest of you guys, but I'm curious about what is going on in HER head. May take me a while to get it just right, but I'm hoping to post end of May at the latest. Got some big projects to complete before then -- and some raking and gardening.

Thanks for the continuing interest and feedback. It is much appreciated.

Oh yes getting into Miranda's mind is something I think you MUST do. I can't wait to see her take on "The Touch" as I will now think of it. As for raking and gardening I would offer my skills if it would speed 1.2 along. The commute may kill me but at least the wait would not. Oh well I do know that the wait will be worth it.
