18 days!!?? HOLY CRAP! Did we know it was that soon? Maybe we did, maybe when it was 27 it sounded like so much more. 18!!!

18 days until closing. I probably won't move right away (in fact, it's almost certain I won't), but hopefully within a week or so afterward. Enough time to wash everything, paint everything, and get some of the major repairs looked at.
