Adventures in Baking: Day 3- GANAAAACHE!
OMG, this is going by way fast. It's only been the third day and I feel like it's been longer. Today we finished the brownies we made yesterday by making Ganache to top them with. Had my first class at Le Cordon Bleu. Typical first day stuff. Got our books and class outline, did introductions and such. But It looks likes we're gonna jump in and get down to work on day two.
