I went to M&M'S WEBSITE mainly out of boredom but also because I wanted to create a M&M,sadly it wasn't as much fun as I thought it would be however it was mildly amusing.The snow is pretty much all melted now its just superbly muddy but warm its been as warm as 53.

Ok hmm..still having issues with the sellers realtor but have talked to broker and gotten a few things fixed like the completion date which is now Jan 16 hopefully it doesn't change and we go in to meet with USDA rural dev. wednesday to square everything away. Things with the house we are buying aren't going to well.. they keep changing the completion date originaly it was going to be decmember 20 then they said Jan. 5 then the 11 of jan now they are saying end of jan early feb they keep on changing the allowances on stuff we are supposed to choose for the house (lights indoor trim carpet vinyl etc.) ( Read more... )
