this morning i went on a run that was super-dehydrating. i had to walk on the way back. that was hard to do, too, cuz competitive training says that means you just can't handle it. but i was feeling really bad and i couldn't stop thinking of how it felt last time i got dehydrated in seattle-AND HOW LONG THE PUKING LASTED THAT NIGHT. not into that.
