today was really nice. after school was over, that is. the mailman delivered a lovely letter with a suprise. yes, i think that mix cds probably = love. no one is home and i think i may have a dance/psych/tofu mousse party all by myself, thankyou.

oh, and so does it make me an awful person (or just really lame) if whenever I visit colleges I find myself trying to figure out if I could get away with sitting in my room and knitting or something when whenever they talk about orientation?

my mother just gave me five pairs of wool socks. i feel loved. i think maybe i will retire my placebo socks which have an "area of sock" to "area of hole" ratio of about 1:1.

We are having a thunderstorm. For some reason I associate them very strongly with summer and with camp and so it seems weird to be having one now, in November. The lightening is really beautiful and a bright white. It is cool because it is far away and so somehow with each streak it lights up the sky so you can see the silhouette of everything ( Read more... )
