Voted! Got up super early to get over to Council Bluffs to vote before work. I put an hour in the meter to allow for craziness, got inside, and was the only person there. I was done with 50 minutes to spare. Woot. I am in such good mood today. Let's hope it lasts.
It’s a sad state of affairs when you miss a couple of days of work (for whatever reason - in my case, a funeral) and everyone you work with assumes you were looking for new jobs.
