Hey, so I'm at my parents' house and pumping Mom for information. She suggests the Karl Strauss brewery in La Jolla, though we don't know what the capacity there is. She said they do events for a comparatively reasonable price. I've been to that location, and I can attest that the beer is good, and the location is quite pretty (they have a big koi pond with a bridge and lots of foliage etc).

Karl Strauss is amazing (I work ~2 miles from there and that is a favorite "happy hour" location). Everything is going to be in the LA area, though, so we're gonna keep our eyes open for places anywhere between Pasadena and Claremont. So let me know if you know of any inside info for the LA area from anyone else, too. :)

Some of the Temecula wineries are gorgeous -- I bet your sister's wedding will be amazing!
