KaBoom! It starts with a playground...
So today I had the really amazing opportunity to volunteer with KaBoom! which is a non-profit organization that hopes to build playgrounds so that every community has a place within walking distance of children where they can go to play. So tonight is a new episode of Deadliest Catch, I need very much to motivate myself to study instead of looking up "Deadliest Catch" wallpaper on the internet... If I can commit myself to studying very hard for the rest of the day then I can fully enjoy the show this evening. Sadly I am out of beer which is just always a problem... -
A conundrum...
I have a very important exam tomorrow, which I need to do well on in order to pass this class and get on with my life. The problem is that while I sit here, totally acknowledging that not studying could mean impending doom, I nonetheless continue to sit here not studying for said exam. So... Anthony Rapp and Adam Pascal were AMAZING!!! OMG
It was really great to get to see them perform in RENT and I had a blast. I can't wait to be done with the semester and to have time to read Anthony Rapp's memoir about the show. -

I am not going to lie, I shed a tear when I found out that Phil was unable to go out fishing for the season due to his health. Especially when his youngest son looked like he was gonna start crying... Truly a sad time.
