So I tried to make ceebu jen for dinner, because I miss Senegalese food OH SO MUCH. Granted I only had a fraction of the ingredients, and had to use frozen telapia, but its just not nearly the same. What went wrong? How do I fix it? Will I ever taste delicious, amazing white ceebu jen again?
