Seriously?  SERIOUSLY???  6 weeks, NO WEIGHT LOST.  Getting at LEAST 150 minutes of fast walking in per week, plus yoga and strength training and yardwork and whatever else I fit in.  Eating less of everything bad, more veggies and fruits, recording all my food and my exercise and tracking everything and SEEING NO RESULTS.  FML.

So it would seem that without the impetus of a challenge or something I cannot make the time to write in my journal daily.  I wish, sometimes, that I was a programmer or something so that I could make a program to shoot a pop-up at me everytime I open facebook or something asking if I have written in my journal yet.  Ok... I ended up basically taking a week off from everything that I need to be doing.  Spring break (breaks from school in general) does that to me.  I lose track of what I am supposed to be doing and just get nothing done.  I really seem to need the focus of school or whatever in order to properly organize my days.  So, no real meditation, no full on ( Read more... )
