I feel like I am back in college because I have to write a self-evaluation and I just can't seem to write it. The words are just not coming to me. I have noticed that there are so many more distractions now than when I was in college. Before, I would kill time with solitaire, ICQ or AOL IM. They don't. They come into the library a few hours before it's due and google their research.

I worked in academic libraries from 2004-2007! Not so much at Madison, but this was pretty standard at UWW.

i agree. i have a cousin that is a sophmore at uwoshkosh and i shudder whenever she talks about her research process.
