Dream Drabble: Chapter 17

Leigh darted his eyes to March who nodded and grab his phone “hey couz, Mikee passed out, would send you the address we are on our way” Leigh carry Mikee while Aries grabbed Jacob and followed Leigh to the door Ohno, Nino and Jun were shocked and was asking what happen, but Allen stopped them while Frezzy and Ashley tried to calm them down “M is just tired”
Jun is hysterical this time “don’t give us that crap ojii-san told us about it yesterday” Steph eyed Allen before saying “We need to go, They would be bringing M in Aya’s place now let’s go” then all of them grab their things and followed Steph and Allen.
When they arrived at Aya’s place they were told Mikee is on one of the room upstairs, they tried to go and see her but then Mikee’s cousin says to stay in the living room until she is back. Aries and Leigh were also ask to leave the room. March and their cousin Maica is the only one left in the room. After about 2 minutes Leigh was asked to get inside the room.
No one is saying anything Ohno and Sho were pacing in the living room, while Aiba and Jun were quite on the sofa Mikee’s friends are not telling anything and keeping their mouth shut. After about 30 minutes March went down to tell them they can now see Mikee since she is awake. Ohno and Sho were the very first one to run through the stairs and followed by Nino, Jun and Aiba they turn right and saw an open door. Ohno push the door open and see Mikee on the bed sitting who gave him a sweet and somewhat apologetic smile.
Ohno sit beside Mikee and touch her cheeks “Mi-chan are you okay? How are you feeling?” Then Sho can’t help himself and hug Mikee “You scare the hell out of me, what happen to you?” Mikee snorted since her other hand got twister because Leigh is holding it “Ouch! Nii-chan not so tight” Sho remembered then pull out Maica giggled.
“Gomen sensei” then Sho bow his head to Maica “ei daijoubu, I understand” then Jun asked “Sensei what happen to Mi-chan is she okay?” Maica nodded and smiled “Yes, she is fine she just need to rest for today because she got excited and got tired out” then eyed Mikee with a meaningful look “Sorry if I worry you, Nee-chan is right I just got excited and worn out but I would be fine”
Maica shake her head “M, I think-” Mikee immediately cut her off “I think you need to call abuelo, about what happen today” Maica let out a sigh and about to say something but the door open up and Felix is already at the door “estoy aqui, mi nieta, and I already know what happen” Mikee tried to stand up but her legs won’t let her.
Then Felix smiled to Leigh “Encantado de verte de nuevo, Y gracias por mantenerla a salvo” Leigh reach out for Felix hands and kissed it like what Mikee’s dad did “El placer es todo mi abuelo” Félix nod “Siempre la encuentras en momentos como este” Leigh smiled “No abuelo, Sabía que ella me necesitaba” Felix now faced Mikee.
“Creo que necesitan saber condicion mi nieta” MIkee shake her head “hoy no abuelo” Felix sigh “Testarudos como siempre, les estaría contando porque necesitaban saber” Mikee begged this time “por favor abuelo” Felix cleared his throat and started “MIkee has a heart condition, where the muscles in her heart is getting weaker, it is called cardio miosis”
Mikee seat back on her headboard and shake her head then tried to look up on people around her, Ohno who is holding her hands gave it a squeeze. Then Maica continued “I am her cardiologist, her condition is well one of the hardest and yet we don’t have anything that can cure it yet”
Jun and Sho was worried “are there things we need to do or know if this happens again?” Maica smiled at them “as we’ve agreed she is fully responsible for herself and she already know what to do so you don’t need to worry” then looked at Aries and Leigh carefully “we are just letting you know so you wouldn’t worry much and that we have everything under control”
Then turn to Mikee “Although with the turnout of events, M apparently got too excited about the game and the bet she had with Torres not to mention her heart wasn’t able to stand the pump of blood it had when she had her adrenaline rush that is why her heart is too exhausted” then breath “complications now is that she needed to be awake within the next 24 hours she can rest or get a nap about 5mins but she needed to wake up since it is too risky for her to sleep straight for now”
Nino and Ohno volunteered they would stay up with her, then Aiba and Sho then Jun. Mikee let out a laugh “Nee-chan, can they all stay here with me? Not to mention the additional 3 boys who is apparently at the door as if I didn’t know they’ve been standing there for a couple of minutes now” Maica laugh “It is fine although I am not sure if you guys would all fit here”
Aya smiled “I have an idea” then she grab Allen, March, Steph and Aries. They turned the living room into a huge bedroom, they scattered beds and some sofa beds, after it is set up Mikee insisted in walking downstair but then March carried her she requested to stay in the couch where she can see everyone “This scene is familiar don’t you think Aiba?” Nino commented.
Aiba answered “yeah we had the same set up in the hotel the night Mi-chan got drunk with J” Ohno laugh then says “Mi-chan we won’t fit in the couch if you requested me, Kazu and Jun to get together” everyone laugh, while March shake his head “you’ve done it again didn’t you?” Mikee smiled sheepishly “Ackie can’t help it, although I only have a few memories of what I did that night but I wanted those 3 to sleep beside me, I thought I was with you , Ace and Erwin”
March look at everyone “She was bossy and well a brat by then neh?” Sho laugh then answered “She does and we got a bit scared of her” March shake his head again “I guess it was our doing, sorry when M is drunk she would want to sleep with me and our 2 cousins but we would tease her about it, but then again we would all follow her just the same” Aiba answered this time “That explains why she was too bossy and well scary that night” Mikee laugh at the memory but her chest constrict and she felt the pain rushing not aware she is holding her chest.
Maica eyed her but she just nod and says “nee-chan I am fine, it hurts for a bit when I laugh” Leigh and Aries was sitting beside her on the couch when Jacob says “Dada, Didi you would be sleeping on the floor me and uncle March is the only person allowed to sit beside Mimi” MIkee look up at Jacob then turn her gaze to Aries and Leigh “Alright, can someone tell me what happen and why is Jacob acting like this?”
March smiled then grab Jacob to his lap, while Aries and Leigh give each other a scowl then March start talking “well, yesterday we were worried and looked for you but then someone already found you, then as you know your son can feel if his Dad is not comfortable so there you have it” Mikee shaking her head then faced Aries “what did you tell Jacob?” Aries ignored her then Mikee faced Jacob “Baby, tell Mimi what did Didi told you?”
Jacob was hesitant but then answered her “I ask where were you, he told me you are with Dada and that you run away with him, I was scared Dada would really take you away from me” Jacob is blushing while saying it. Mikee smiled then hugged Jacob “Always remember no matter what happen you will remain my prince okay? And no one I mean no can can ever take me away from you till my last breath” Jacob look up at her then says “Promise?” Mikee smiled “promise so stop thinking someone would take me away from you because it’s never gonna happen” Jacob gave her a hug then she tried to spat Aries head.
While everyone laugh at the gesture and Leigh give Aries a smug, Nino asked Jacob to sleep with him since Mikee needed to be comfortable. Mikee give Jacob a kiss before she let go “Are we doing a rotation of who would be awake with me?” March smiled and says “Yes I guess we need to have a rotation team up?” everyone agreed then they decided Ohno and Nino would go together, then Aiba and Sho, March and Jun but March is not planning on sleeping either and then Leigh and Aries would be together.
Mikee arch her brow while asking “ Are you sure Aries and Leigh would be partners?” Aries and Leigh nodded “Alright but both should behave by then don’t have enough strength to shout” Alright guys you can go ahead and sleep while my watcher March and Jun would take the first shift.
Mikee asked her brother to make coffee for them while she rested on Jun’s shoulder and looking at the people who are trying their best to sleep “neh MatsuJun gomen if I worry you, and not telling you about my situation” Jun planter a soft kiss on her forehead “what is done is done and please don’t make us worry again, I honestly don’t like the feeling” Mikee chuckled “you know I had a feeling this is not the first time I ask sorry from you” Jun smiled then Mikee continue “not sure what i have done but you gave me almost the same answer” Aiba teased Jun “Yeah our mighty Jun can’t seem to hate mi-chan no matter what she do to him” Jun throw Aiba a pillow and give him a deadly look.
Aiba laugh “see that look is just for us but with mi-chan even if she would hurt him she can’t look at her like that!” Mikee laugh then try to catch her breath ‘Aiba-shii stop teasing MatsuJun he is kind of scary but I know he has a soft spot just like everyone else” Aiba shrugged while Ohno, Jacob and Nino were already fast asleep. Sho pull the blanket to cover those three.
March and Jun’s rotation ended, Leigh and Aries took over everyone in the room is already asleep even Jun. Mikee started the conversation whispering “Can you guys stop scowling at each other” Leigh answered “hey it's just a defence on my part you can see that“ Aries sigh then “Sorry I can’t help it” MIkee chuckled then grab both of there heads so they can lean on her shoulder “At times I forget that we're already old enough to stop fighting but here you are” then shake her head.
March is just watching them “Both of you are special to me, hope that is clear but please give me a break and stop acting like bunch of kids who are ready to fight each other for their favorite toy” Leigh and Aries giggled “You guys have known me since we were kids and you guys are not being a good model to Jacob” March is the one who chuckled this time.
Both guys says in unison “Sorry” Mikee sigh then “I know I am selfish when it comes to you guys, that is because I am afraid to loose any of you” Leigh raised his head and meet her gaze then MIkee asked “will you stay and try your best to get along with all of them?” Leigh give her a smile and kiss her forehead and nose while answering “always, and I am trying”
Then she looked at Aries this time “will you stay and try to get along?” Aries held her face and put their foreheads together “I don’t even know how to get away from you” then sigh and continue “yes I would try to get along with them” Mikee nodded “good I will hold those word from both of you” March was the one shaking his head now “Take a rest 15min this time” Mikee smiled then make herself comfortable on Leigh’s shoulder while holding Aries Hands.
After 15 minutes Mikee was woken up by Sho “Mi-chan wake up our turn to stay up with you” Mikee sit up while Leigh step down and rest his head on one of Mikee’s legs same thing with Aries. Sho and Aiba are now beside Mikee “Aiba-shii, Nii-chan gomen if I worry you” Sho smiled “Imoto you already asked sorry earlier and it is fine” This time Mikee can sense the seriousness in Aiba’s voice “I wouldn’t get mad if you promise me something” Mikee look up at Aiba “what is it Aiba-shii?”
Aiba look at her and says “You need to promise me that you would tell me everything I needed to know about you especially this kind of things so we can take care of you properly” Mikee smiled “let us make it a deal shall we? I would tell you everything but you have to treat me like normal, I don’t want to be pitied and treated differently because you guys knew I have this situation” Aiba nodded and smiled “Deal!” then Sho sigh before he also says “Deal”
Mikee beam at them then says “Deal, arigatou honto ni arigatou Aiba-shii, Nii-chan” then curious Sho asked her a questions about her heart and she would answer while she is playing Leigh’s and Aries’s hair. Then Aiba got curious “anu, Mi-chan just curious if ever you only get to choose one of them who would you choose?” Mikee look up at Aiba who was also confused and having a hard time conveying the question he has in mind “I mean just one can you choose among them?”
MIkee shake her head then hold both their faces dearly “I would rather give myself up than choose either of them” then Sho’s turn to asked this time “What about those three who among them would you choose if you needed to choose just one” Mikee think hard then Sho was waiting for her answer “that was hard one too” then Mikee tried to think again but still came up with nothing “ei, it is also hard one. Why do I need to choose any of them anyway?” Aiba shrugged “as expected your answer is like that”
Then Ohno and Nino’s turn Mikee can’t stop giggling when these two guys are together as always and March would even shake his head at times and would apologize “Sorry about M’s teasing ability, Did she told you she actually grew up with men?” Ohno and Nino eyes widen and stared at March who continued “Yup she grew-up with men so at times it is hard for her to feel and realize something unless it is said to her directly” Aiba, Sho and Jun laugh the later was awaken by Mikee’s giggle.
“That explains why she is good in handling men’s temper and was able to calm it in no time” Aiba commented while shaking his head Mikee giggled again “Ackie, you are no fun you ruin my secret” March just smiled then the door open up and her cousin Erwin and Ace were standing on the door Mikee can’t stand up yet but Ace just gave her a hug from the back of the couch same with Erwin.
She introduce her cousin to them while Aries and Leigh were now shaking their heads Ace was the one who ask what happen then followed by Erwin then Mikee was scolded not because of fainting but because they were not inform right away she is in California and that she and Aya will be competing. Mikee was pouting and March was the one beside her now who is trying his best not to laugh and every now and then would scold her too just for teasing.
They were forgetting that there were people around and before they knew it, it was already 7am and March and her cousin we're still tease her, they didn’t even noticed that felix already joined them “ Told you when these four are together they would forget that they are in crowd and people are looking at them” then everyone laugh “buenas dias abuelo” Ace and Erwin look up to Felix and hugged him “what time did you arrived” Erwin thinks but Ace answered “Not sure gramps, it was still dark outside though” Felix nodded
Then Ace faced her again “So we missed out your MotorCross what about the rumour in Florida was it true that you would compete with Allen?” MIkee smiled “nope I am with Allen’s team well me and Aya were back up this time” Erwin jump beside her and Ace “So that means we get to drive Allen’s car this time and of course a free Pass”
Mikee pouted again “hey you would need to pay where do you guys spend your money?” Ace insisted “but you are going to compete with drifters! Fine no car driving just pass so we can watch it” Mikee Arch her brow then says “You guys auth to buy those tickets!” Erwin was the one who answered “But they were sold out the time I received your message you would be competing Tickets were no longer available”
Mikee smiled “Payback time! If you want to watch the race you would need to work for it!” then Ace and Erwin tried to do the puppy eyes on Mikee “Princess please we beg of you” then Ace “You love Big brother Ace and Erwin so much neh?”
Mikee laugh then caught her breath before speaking again “I love you both so much more than my life but still you need to work for it” Ace tried again “Come on princess just this one please” Mikee smiled wickedly “nope because you guys were teasing me earlier then that would be your punishment, cute but there is a price to be paid”
March were laughing hard then when Allen descended from the stairs Ace and Erwin run towards him to ask for pass while Mikee threaten Allen “I said they need to work for it if not you can look for another driver” then Allen needs to be firm this time “Aniki gomen but princess says you need to work for it so gomen” Felix shake his head “Mi nieta, why are you teasing your big brothers?” Mikee smiled sweetly this time “That is because I love them and have missed them”
Felix shake his head “I asked achiè to bring breakfast and they should be here about after 5 minutes, Quieres ir a casa, mi nieta?” Mikee shake her head “Hoy no es abuelo” Felix nodded then Maica says "after breakfast I need to check your heart” Mikee smiled sweetly but nodded.
