i believe things occur for a reason. everything that has happened to me was supposed to because it was meant to be.
i just have to keep telling myself this. -

global warming sucks.
if i have to stay here next summer, i will kick and scream and cry. it's 1:30 am and 84 degrees outside. it's about five degrees hotter indoors and the a/c doesn't do crap. forecast predicts triple-digit weather for the rest of the week. i hate the valley. -

i took an impromptu visit to the local thrift store last night, and found a pair of SEVENS!! i tried them on and they fit rather snugly. i was surprised because they were size 27 and when i tried on a pair at nordstrom i fit a size 26. they cost a little more than what i'd've liked to pay for used clothing, but i bought them anyway. i was a little ( Read more... ) -
it's all bad
i'm convinced that as soon as you pass through the doors of a hospital, your appetite instantly vanishes. i didn't feel at all hungry the entire time i was there visiting my grandma. five hours passed since my first meal, and usually i can't go two hours without food. it's impossible to eat in there ( Read more... ) -
sunshine rainbows puppy lollipops
the package came in the mail today! i got my banh chung and homemade candied kumquats. my stepmom also added two bars of chocolate, candied soursop, a toothbrush, 12 boxes of floss, and several pieces of bazooka gum (the last three items came from her workplace. she's a dental assistant.).
plus, no homework to do! could this day get any better! -
