memorial day weekend was ... kinda bleh. i ate too much again. my mother made fun of my weight gain. hmmmph. i went shopping, had sushi with the brother, visited family, played tennis with alex and ivy, had an eye exam to get new contacts. apparently my prescription worsened .25 and in addition to nearsightedness i have astigmatism. which is when

I would eat a doughnut but there are none here...I was trying to lose weight but all the "health conscience" people at work keep saying "diets never work changing a life style does" Knawing hunger...see ya
