So, now that my mom is recovering from her lumpectomy and finally getting all the nasty radiation out of her system-my father has cancer. Again. I saw Waltz with Bashir last night. I was too upset to cry during the film itself, but did on the way home. Go see it.

Just took a sip of the coffee that's been on my desk for the past three hours, thinking it would have successfully made the transition from piping hot to delightfully iced. Epic fail. Vaguely cold coffee just isn't the same. In fact, it's gross.
