How do I know if I like someone, or if I just think I like him because he's a nice, single, Jewish guy and I want to like someone. I met him the other day... well actually we met like a year ago at birthright leader training but I didn't really get to know him then. First thing I'll say is... DOOO IT! (of course its always easier said than done)

Seems like this one is a simple one so far. Its not a completely random meeting, you have a way to communicate without it being weird, etc. Dooo it!! :)

I forgot to mention that I was supposed to have a date on Friday with someone I met on jdate (jewish online dating site) but he never called. Not Friday, and not since then. And that's not the first time that's happened to me. Not exactly a huge confidence booster...

Well as I see it that guy and this new guy are unrelated so far...so give it a go!

It hasn't gotten complex yet either from the sounds of it...so bonus in my book. For me its always ...always complicated. Murphys law.

If he's as nice a guy as you make him sound, than I suspect that if you asked him for a coffee, he won't say no. If he's not attracted to you, you'll probably notice over drinks. If he is, than you've smartly created an opportunity.

Then again, you both may be chicken, in which case ask him to join you over alcoholic drinks. :)
