Haven't posted on here in over 6 months but at the moment I'm feeling like this is a good place to vent. I have a really hard time talking about things when I'm upset - I tend to just brush it off and put a smile on my face.... but that doesn't really help anything. So I figure I might as well try venting it in writing.... it can't hurt.

So this is what it feels like to be laid off....

It kinda sucks...

So we're finding out today if we still have jobs or not....

I'll find out sometime this afternoon...

In the meantime I might lose my mind....

So it's been a weird week so far... and it's only Wednesday... yesterday I was saddened to read of the passing of Andy Hallet who played Lorne on Angel. He was only 33... he died of heart disease... here's a link to the article on one of my fave entertainment sites... I've seen it all over though - read the article.

I'm having the shittiest week ever... and it's not even half done yet.... kill me now.

So... I randomly wrote a story. I was bored and felt like writing. It's not very good, but it was fun to write again since I really haven't since university. I debated for a while whether or not to post it, and decided to post it anyways, even though, like I said, it's not very good. I'll explain my inspiration afterwards....
