I'm SO frustrated right now. On December 21 I made a little pact with myself to eat healthier and work out a lot while I was off work for a week and a half. I would say that I pretty much kept that pact. I worked out every day and sometimes twice a day (as opposed to my regular 2-3 times per week) and I ate almost no candy or junk food. I went out

I meant to make a connection between you feeling good emotionally and your diet/working out. So, working out and eating well may not have lost you pounds, but benefitted you emotionally.
