So, this is really dorky but, I am reading "Mists of Avalon" and am really liking it. It is over 800 pages, and I am almost on page 700. I am reading now more than looking for a job because this book is really good. Ughhhhh! I just got back from Discount Tire and I feel terrible. I hate going anywhere where I feel like they take advantage of me because I am a girl. This usually happens whenever I need maintenance on my truck. Saturday Alysia took me on a tour de Phoenix. We started out at this drag show that a fellow hairstylist was in. Man, there were some men there that were better looking than us girls. Thursday Blair, Kate, this friend of Kate's (Patrick), and I went to the Surrealist exhibit at the Phoenix Art Museum. It was really interesting and made me wish I was filthy rich so I could buy some more art...and a huge house. So last friday the Ponies played their last show. I ended up getting pushed into this window and breaking it with my elbow. Amazingly, it didn't hurt a bit and I looked kind of tough. "Yeah, I broke it with my elbow, no biggie". I ended up getting pretty drunk. I still owe Duthie a 12 pack. The Ponies played a great set in the Casebeer's basement. ( Read more... )
