I'm so glad to see you here, Mel...I know how easy it is to slip into bad habits with LJ (ie not post) but the thing is it's a good place to come to get support and just talk about stuff like you do here.

I'm sorry to hear about John's health issues and hope it won't come to a transplant...I can imagine how that has been making you feel also. You know you have all my best and most positive wishes...

Ooohhhh...a guinea pig! Is Timmy ok with that?
My last guinea pig years ago was called George and he was a sweet little thing. They really are vocal and cuddly and I love them.

Will we see you at Kevin and Cyn's this year? Because we'll be there!

Hi Donna! Yes we will definitely be at Cyn and Kevin's. It will be great to see you and Manolo!

John and I took an emotional dive over this latest. We got our strength back to deal with whatever comes but it's hard to wrap our minds around possibly going through it again. Whatever happens is going to happen though and we will meet it head on.

Frankie is just the cutest little guy and John is his favorite. John is really fond of him too. He doesn't like to admit it much but he loves him right back. I didn't realize how cuddly guinea pigs are!

I had no idea John was having problems. I hope all goes will with him.

Tom had trigger finger surgery done & what you described is perfectly normal & he has gone through it twice on different fingers.

Donna had a good question. Are you going to the party at Cyn & Kevin's because we will be there also.

John had to go back in the hospital for a little bit and then get a biopsy of his kidney done. He is feeling much better because they've been adjusting medicine dosages and adding some new ones and taking away old ones. Unfortunately the antirejection med he is on for the rest of his life is rough on Kidneys so there is nothing we can do about that but the other culprit is prolonged high blood pressure. According to the Drs low blood pressure is just as bad and John is too high one day and too low the next etc.

I have been thinking about Tom ever since I learned I needed this surgery. I knew he had it done once but twice?? At the same time or different times?

John and I will be at Cyn and Kevin's party and I'm so glad to know you will be too! It's been ages!

Sorry to hear about John's medical issues. I hope they can get it straightened out. I finally got my high blood pressure issue taken care of. Not extremely high but not normal. It ended up being my allergy medicine. Once I switched that to something else per a Pharmacist recommendation my BP is normal.

He had it done in 2 separate fingers at two separate times because they were on different hands. Hard to have both hands bandaged at the same time.

He had two trigger fingers at the same time and got them operated on separately or he had the trigger fingers at different times and had them operated on separately? Yikes! The surgery is not a big deal but I could do without this happening again. Hope hope hope!

I had a friend who had carpal tunnel surgery on both wrists at the same time! Why would a Dr even do that? She was helpless for weeks. Her husband was a saint for doing for her all the things needed being done if you know what I mean.

And OMG!!!!! Brandi is INSANE!!! I mean yes Kim is too but she has reasons that are obvious and is a very nice lady when she is sober but Brandi is nuts 24-7! I wasn't a huge Kyle fan but Brandi made me be one this season. Kim is just plain evil now that she is off the wagon. Did you see the toxicology report? She was huffing too!!!!! Brandi should be ashamed of herself for purposefully enabling Kim just to get at Kyle. Kim could die!

Do you think Bravo is going to fire them both? I don't know if I can watch another season with Brandi in it.

They both need to be fired! Recovery is not easy, and can take forever. Getting along with the person is next to impossible. That is one reason my sister and I no longer have a relationship. Too much water (or wine for her part) under the bridge.

Brandi is downright dangerous sometimes. Then she says she is joking? Ummm, no, you need some boundries.

Did you see that horrible picture of her that some paparazzi got one night when she was out with a friend and drunk out of her mind? The tampon-gate picture? YIKES!!! Her sons must have a hell of a time at school. I feel sorry for them.

HAHAHAHA!!!!!! The visual of Frankie running alongside my car is hilarious! Didn't happen that way but now I sorta wish it did :) Tim doesn't like him much but Frankie LOVES Tim. He tries to get Tim's attention and shows off for him. Tim just looks at him with a disgusted look on his face but he does seem to always be watching so he IS interested.
My hand is healing well but of course it's still stiff a bit. I go back to work on Tues.
