My problems seem similar to an alcoholics, but with food. When I sit down to eat. I know I am full after a helping..but I just keep eating and eating and eating as if i'm punishing myself. Yes, that's right. I walked off the plane in Nashville and it was 30 degrees. What a shock compared to Florida where I was wearing shorts. But, it felt great to be back, see Sarah, and my apartment. OMG>....What a night. I had the best time even though many things went wrong. To back track..I worked APSU's home football game today. They won 28-7. Finally another victory! With this cold weather and no warm cloths....I decided to go to the Governers Mall. Sarah, Susanne, and I spent 3 hours shopping around. It was good to get out and shop. What a great day. I got 1 hour of yoga in and a 4 mile run this morning. APSU finally won a game. It was exciting seeing them so happy, even the freshmen were able to play. UCF lost again.
