Jeff and I were looking at blue laws tonight...and that's the fun we found.

For the dish soap calling for octagon, and the laundry calling for fels naptha. Just using ivory is fine. It works well, and it is FAR more natural than the other two. FN contains petroleum derivatives and the octagon has lots of not-so-natural things (you can tell by the smell when you're melting it that it is an "industrial" soap ( Read more... )

I saw this, and I couldn't resist. I had to know what it would say / what kind of angle it would take. And frankly, way more than they depressed me about the state of our society, the results AMUSED me. And I mean that.

My parents left today from a week in town. Well, it was my mom, dad, my sister (Angie), brother in law (John), and their two kids. It was an amazing visit, but it was over far too soon!
