Snowflakes

It's currently 11:24 a.m. and I'm staring outside my window and the most beautiful snow is falling. What makes it look even prettier is the fact that there is hardly any wind so the snowflakes rise and fall and float about and just look like they're dancing... *sigh*

Ah Mel, did you read my loooong post from two days ago? I was feeling the same way for weeks. I felt lost and confused to the point of depression and it was affecting my concentration at school. But, my moment of clarity suddenly came to me as I laid in bed at 2:00 am Saturday night. Now I feel amazing and ready to conquer the world! As I said in my post, an element of uncertainty is a constant in life - particularly in the career I've chosen - so I need to try to be less fearful of the unknown. You'll figure things out - probably when you least expect it. In the meantime just try to stay positive and enjoy all the "great times" you're experiencing.

you know i read all your posts! i'm glad you're doing so well and get to close to your love soon.

i hope i get that clarity soon. i think the thing that's missing is my world experience. i need to travel more and get more perspective. instead of always going to vancouver, i think i need to get out of the country completely.

you know. the sucky thing is ... that at my age, i still feel that way. i don't think it's possible to really get rid of that feeling of "not knowing what's in store" for you down the road mel. you... kinda just have to embrace it. it's not so bad... just change your perspective on it to be more like... looking forward to life.

as far as something missing. yeah i hate that feeling. i get it quite a bit here and there. just gotta trust that on your journey forward you'll find it?

it all works out mel. at some point. =)
