I wonder why it is that people think they are sparing others' feelings, but in the end, they just end up looking like they're being duplicitous? Without even meaning to? Saturday found me waking at 7:30 am (why can't I do that at home?) and getting the water boiling for tea. What do you do when you have a friend who is dealing with so much, but sharing so little of it? My heart aches to reach out and offer help, but while they seem so open about some things, others are just now coming to light and I wonder if I've been any help at all? We're home from Grene Wode, the most relaxing event I've ever been to. In fact, I'm so tired and relaxed that I have no motivation to post all about it, so I'll sum it up now and write more later.
