track meet last night sucked! i think the girls won but i ran like shit. i haven't ran a 7:01 in the mile since last year! i know that was my first mile in the 2 mile but still even last time my first mile was 6:32. my times just keep getting worse and worse... it went from 6:32 to 6:17 to 6:52!!!! to 7:01... and my 2 mile from 14:22 to 14:41....
