It is quite windy outside, and I wrote a poll. This poll is all about style. Styles change so quickly. Something that is in today is out tomorrow. Something that was the hottest thing 50 years ago, and became the unhottest thing for 49 years, now is the hottest thing again. Weird, isn't it ( Read more... )

I took the poll and started to look at the results, but now the word "style" looks so incredibly WEIRD that I can't keep looking! LOL

I KNOW! Every time I go through to look at the answers, I go weird about halfway through. It's crazy!

"Style" is now the weirdest word on earth. Seriously. I'll never look at it the same way again!

Also, side pony-tails are indeed coming back in. Not high ones like Deb's (fortunately!), but lower, and generally reserved for the really in-style types who have long gorgeous curls or wave or something (or at the least long...curls are not a must). If I did it, I'd just look... like Deb (oh for my hair to grow faster!). But add the side-swept bangs and an "uber" cool outfit (sorry, I had to say it!) and you've got yourself a totally in, hip, super model, ready for any Paris runway. Or just your average career woman, ready to go to Kroger for some milk. :) Hah.

If "Classic fit" jeans were coming back, I think I'd die. I abhor the tapered leg!

Fun poll. But I can't believe that Texas didn't get it's own category when California got two! You California snob, you. ;)

It seems like I put "in style" on most of them, lol, but I'm just going by what I see and hear a lot of.

And yes, the word "style" looks utterly strange now!

I can't stand ponchos or Bermuda shorts, but I was forced to admit that they are in style. Bleah!
