Might get a raise, got federal contract now im going to become a federal protection officer and special deputy us marshall. sweetness getting qual in baton, first aid, AED, 38 revolver, handcuffing/ arrest proced (again!)

Essential Peace
easy easy goes it dude, i'm doing good working out maxing reps. Learning Kabbalah i learned so much today. I broke free of the shell i created in 2004 i talked to a girl without feeling self-conscious i'm so proud. bored as shit! Nothing happened today one of my work partners didnt feel well so i was a lil worried about er but i Prayed on it and she used meds so tommorow she should be her "dont be so goddamn happy, u dont see me or Marcus smiling all the time" type reg self lol. umm talked to a moslem about world peace.....that was pretty cool. i feel ok -
Pain
I push and i push i ride and i ride..... Today was messed up shit great day normally but i put in the effort to do my Kabbalah thing and i got to session 17 Pain im supposed to meditate a bunch on pain and that sucks its so hard to do, i dont want to dig up all this shit. ill post more about it later i have to meditate more -
One day
One day i will be normal again. I keep on digging thru my own past to see why i am the way i am. Im using this program the living Kabbalah system, its great today i wrote down all my fears and meditated on them, then to free myself from the irrational fears i burned them.
